The price of your conveyancing,
in 60 seconds.
Get free instant quotes from fully licensed and regulated solicitors, without any hidden fees.
How it works
One form. Real prices.
No phone tag.
The old way to price a conveyancer: ring four firms, repeat your story four times, wait four days. Here, the repetition is our job.
Answer a few quick questions
What the move is, where the property is, where to send the quotes. One question at a time, in big readable type, finished in about a minute, with the property's public record filling in most of the detail for you.
Regulated firms price it, instantly
Your details go to our panel of 100+ regulated firms that has been quoting through this site since 2013. Several firms return fixed quotes in about a second: on screen immediately, and in your inbox to compare later.
Your property, already understood
Type a postcode and we attach the public record to your enquiry: local authority, tenure, EPC, flood and ground risk, pulled live from Land Registry, EPC and Environment Agency data. Firms see a property, not a postcode, and price it accordingly.
"I'd budgeted an afternoon for ringing solicitors. This took less time than finding their phone numbers would have."
What it costs
Transparent pricing
Firms pay to be on the panel; you never pay us a penny. The quote on your screen is the firm's own fixed price. We don't add a margin, and choosing not to instruct anyone costs exactly nothing.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Is the service really free?
For you, completely. Firms pay to be on the panel and to receive your enquiry; you never pay us a penny. The price you see on screen is the firm's own fixed quote — we don't add a margin on top.
How will I receive my quotes?
Instantly, on screen, the moment you finish the form, alongside profiles of the matching firms. We also email them to you, and the firms usually send their own copy directly.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Costs are broken down in your quote based on what you told us. Where a transaction has complexities we don't ask about, the firm will declare any extras when they introduce themselves, before you commit.
What does the postcode lookup do?
When you type the property's postcode we check the public record live — Land Registry, the EPC register, Environment Agency data and Ordnance Survey. Anything it knows (tenure, year built, last sale price, flood risk) is filled in for you, so the form is shorter and the quotes price the actual property.
Are the firms properly regulated?
Every firm that quotes through this site is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or licensed by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, and is insured, credit-checked and monitored on reliability, speed, communication, value and customer satisfaction.
I just want an idea of price. Can I browse without committing?
Absolutely. There's no obligation at any point. If you're only researching, save the emailed quotes for future reference and come back when you're ready.
