What we do
You tell us about your move once. We attach the property's public record to your enquiry and pass it to our panel of 100+ SRA-regulated solicitors and CLC-licensed conveyancers. Several return fixed-fee quotes in about a second — on screen instantly and in your inbox to compare later. Choosing a firm, or choosing none, is entirely up to you.
How we make money
The service is free to you, forever. Firms pay to be on the panel and to receive your enquiry; we never add a margin to the price you see, and we never sell your details on. The quote on your screen is the firm's own fixed price.
Regulated firms only
Every firm that quotes through Conveyancing Index is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or licensed by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, and is insured, credit-checked and monitored on reliability, speed, communication, value and customer satisfaction.
